Responsibilities

- The senior trainer must present a professional manner and develop good working relationships with subject matter experts and Product Managers within the organization
- Coordination of relevant content from the experts is key to adding material to a course to ensure all learning objectives are met
- The senior trainer must stay current with technology and the industry
- Participation in industry events and HVACR online educational communities is an important part of the senior trainer’s ability to stay current with industry trends and educational needs
- The senior trainer provides coaching, guidance and feedback to junior training staff and serves as the lead customer contact point at training events
