Full job description
As a Clinical Pathway Navigator for Virology and Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT), you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and outcomes by facilitating seamless care pathways. This position involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals across multiple departments to ensure efficient patient flow, from referral through to treatment and follow-up. You will be the linchpin in managing and coordinating patient appointments, liaising with patients and their families, and ensuring that all parties are informed and supported throughout their journey.
