- Supervise and evaluate arts and athletics faculty, providing feedback and driving development
- Evaluate and uphold the quality of Arts and Athletics Programs through performance reviews, campus walkthroughs, and competitive outcomes
- Serve as a liaison between the arts and athletics departments and school leaders, teachers, students, and parents
- Promote arts and athletics programs within the school community, and be accountable for student recruitment and retention in arts and athletics programs
- Oversee the implementation of competitive clubs such as Chess, Debate, Athletics, and Performing and Visual Arts
- Attend Network Lead Professional Development Trainings and Faculty Development Days
- Develop and expand nationally competitive clubs to enrich student learning and exploration
- Perform all essential duties to support the overall success of Arts and Athletics Programming

The High School Director of Arts and Athletics plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and supportive environment for student engagement and achievement in both artistic endeavors and athletic pursuits.
