The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our New Beginnings team in Brent.
This role forms part of the assessment and engagement team, with a core focus on inducting new service users into New Beginnings through our comprehensive assessment. This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent quality of care to service users accessing treatment across the Borough with a particular focus supporting service users to access treatment. By completing exceptional assessments, service users will start their treatment with the best possible opportunity of a positive outcome.
The Service
Via Brent, New Beginnings is a fully integrated substance misuse service, providing psychosocial and clinical interventions in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL). The service is based across 2 hubs; Cobbold Road and the Willesden Centre for Health. The team actively promotes recovery and works with individuals that are directly and indirectly affected by substance misuse, working with the local community to improve the health, wellbeing and functioning of Brent residents, irrespective of circumstance.
