Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and partner teams to ensure seamless integration of ad formats into customer experiences
- Designing and executing A/B tests and experimentation, analyzing results using engagement metrics and business metrics to inform data-driven decisions
- Crafting innovative and engaging front-end ad experiences
- Building low-latency, high-throughput rendering service components that meet our business needs
- Monitoring operational dashboards and metrics to ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently
- Participating in code reviews, reviewing peers’ code, and providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
- Attending and hosting design reviews, providing feedback to peers and collaborating on design decisions
- Mentoring and coaching junior engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow

The Creative Formats Engineering team within Amazon advertising focuses on creating and optimizing user experiences that will improve Amazon users shopping journey while also helping Advertisers reach their target audience(s) at scale. We are looking for passionate, hard-working, and talented individuals to help ads continue to grow and evolve.
Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
• 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
• Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience
• Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
