Job Summary

Client looking to hire an Administrative Assistant, will be responsible to provide Admin and Secretarial support. Will require to man the Reception area, issuing Visitor cards, responsible for office maintenance and office supplies, handle correspondence, manage the meeting room calendar and handle work related to Visa’s, picks and drop offs. DL is a must.
