Job Title: Administrator and Scheduling Assistant
Location: J9/10 M25 Downside, Cobham. KT11 3DB – please ensure you are able to travel to this location before applying
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: £21,000 – £22,000 per annum
To be considered for this role you must have excellent administration experience as well as some call centre experience
Specsavers Home Visits provide vital eye care to vulnerable patients living in their own homes. In this role, the successful candidate will work amongst a lovely supportive small office team planning clinics and scheduling appointments for the clinical teams as well as the deliveries of optical prescriptions to customers.
You will take calls from customers and care home clients. This position demands real attention to detail and you need to be able to multitask and also posses excellent administration skills that will be used to assist the smooth day to day running of the business. Candidates must have strong PC skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
Our ideal candidate will be friendly and be able to demonstrate excellent customer care as well as strong administration skills. This is a busy fast paced role and would suit someone from an office administration or customer service background – optical experience is not essential – but the ability to work at pace is.
