Zahr Freighters is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
Support scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
Prepare reports, presentations, and office-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in HR functions such as maintaining employee records and attendance tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
