Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into various databases and systems.
• Verify and review data for completeness and correctness.
• Update existing data and ensure all records are current and error-free.
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
• Assist in generating reports and extracting data as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry.
• Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data integrity.
• Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and management.
• Invoicing various clients based on timesheets / reports

Requirements

• B’com BBM.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowladge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Tally software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
