We are an EasyHiring recruiting company that is looking for candidates for our partners for the position of Account Management Executive – Field based in London for work in London.

What are you going to do:

You will manage several of our key indirect reseller accounts. Including;

Developing strong relationships with our partners

Deep dive into each of our partners to understand their business, trading strategies and uncover potential opportunities.

Work toward goals that promote incremental growth so you can be proactive and respond quickly to course-correct if performance doesn’t meet expectations.

Budget management; effectively implement, manage and analyze company marketing initiatives and incentives

Presentations; Deliver key business messages online or in person to various audiences.

Be able to tell a story about everyone; partner demand, market trends and competitive information, as well as demonstrating any initiatives that will help improve productivity.

Work with the Training Manager to facilitate classes and provide group and individual training.

Partner with the Quality Manager to conduct call calibration in call centers to ensure call quality and compliance. Coordination and verification of mystery stores for retailers.

Other responsibilities will include; Various reports in Excel, searching and identifying new partners/opportunities, organizing internal meetings and working with other departments.

Be prepared to solve problems under tight deadlines and juggle multiple accounts and partners.

Have a creative and innovative mind – install

Able to solve problems and have good negotiation skills.

Ability to work closely with senior company personnel

Hold a full UK driving license

Previous account management experience will be an advantage
